Duties:

As a Window Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various residential and commercial settings. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as with a team will contribute to creating a clean and safe environment for our clients.

• Residential/Commercial Window Cleaning
• Solar Panel Cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning
• Using Ladders and Polling Systems
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on the job
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
• Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects as needed
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
