Enterprise Learning – Learning Coordinator Role
Job Requirements
· Work with enterprise and commercial learning leaders and to plan, schedule and track instructor-led training events and support other designated training.
· Monitor and report on enrollment progress for commercial instructor-led classes offered from Enterprise Learning, using Workday Learning and prepare and coordinate training pre-work (communication on training/logistics/etc.…).
· Schedule in-person and virtual training events.
· Coordinate hosting of in-person training events, including room scheduling and setup, catering, printed materials, invitations and vendor facilitator coordination.
· Produce high quality reports, presentations, and other documents.
· Ensure timely reporting using PowerBI and Visier (training and talent data).
Position Details
The role is located at Ecolab’s global headquarters in downtown St. Paul, MN. Upon approval of the reporting Manager, the role may work remotely 2 days per week.
Minimum Qualifications
· High school diploma
· 2 years of experience in a training/HR environment
· Elevated interest in the talent/learning domain
· Demonstrated ability to complete assigned work while working independently.
· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, & Outlook)
· Demonstrated ability to learn new applications (PowerBI, SharePoint, Workday)
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business, communications or related field
· Process oriented with high attention to detail and
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to effectively manage time and multiple competing priorities in a deadline driven environment.
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting.
