Job Description Position Purpose The CHEP Pallet Collector will be responsible for executing multiple less-than-truckload deliveries and collections daily. They will be responsible for route and volume optimization through the development of customer and internal support partnerships. They will be actively involved in the development and implementation of key growth components of the CHEP LVR (Low Volume Recovery) Program. This will include partnering with multiple internal functions, building, and executing project plans as well as leading teammates through training of new processes.
