THE OPPORTUNITY:

Eco is seeking individuals who love working outside. IMMEDIATE HIRES for hard workers who will dig and install work that is sold by our Sales team. This is a full-time position (**NOT SEASONAL**) with plenty of opportunity to grow and further your career within our company. We are currently seeking individuals with 3-5 years of excavator experience. If you think this role would be a great fit, APPLY TODAY!

The Responsibilities

  • Follow our install system and educate the customer on products and services
  • Record data (Job folders, checklist, pictures, etc.)
  • Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
  • Ensure jobs are appropriately installed; sign off on the job quality checklist
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor
  • A clear understanding of equipment operations and safety guidelines for machinery
  • Meet and exceed key performance requirements
  • Deliver quality workmanship (possess the necessary tools to do the job)
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
  • Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
  • Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
  • Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees
  • Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions
  • CDL or Class A CDL preferred
  • Skilled in operating a backhoe, dump truck, and excavator equipment
  • Ability to maneuver a dump truck and trailer up to 22ft
  • Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
  • An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team
  • Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening
