Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces

• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Maintain a positive attitude and take pride in work

• Adhere to company values of integrity, reliability, and consistency

• Complete assigned deep cleaning tasks like carpet cleaning or detailed office cleaning

• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations

• Offer standard and deep-cleaning services including Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning, General/Recurring Cleaning, Budget Cleans (By the Hour), and Commercial/Industrial & Office Cleaning

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must pass a background check

• Must be available for assigned hours, Monday to Friday for residential cleaning and varied hours for office cleaning

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to take direction well and work independently or in a team

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks

• Willingness to cross-train and learn new skills

• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
