Eco Car Wash is the #1 Environmental Car Wash in the Portland, OR area for over 20 years. We are hiring for our rapidly growing team! We are currently hiring Store Managers (40 hours per week) for our 82nd St location. Starting rate is $25.00 per hour.
We are currently seeking Store Managers who have at least 3 years of experience in a retail environment and a proven track record of delivering outstanding service. Job Responsibilities:
Lead by Example: Model a "Customer 1st" mindset and inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service.

Safety Measures: Promote and enforce safety protocols for a secure work environment.
Coaching and Feedback: Provide guidance, feedback, and address performance issues to support employee development.
Stellar Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, resolve complaints, and build strong customer relationships.
Store Management: Oversee store operations, including scheduling and team performance.
Equipment Maintenance: Keep equipment clean and in good working condition.
Vehicle Preparation: Prepare vehicles for cleaning.
Effective Communication: Maintain open communication with upper management.
Customer Experience: Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Team Environment: Foster a positive and professional team culture.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of management experience.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors.
Lift and Carry: Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds periodically.
Pre-employment background check.
Team Support: Willingness to cover shifts when needed.
Availability: Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
