Eclipse Advantage is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who will supervise, direct and evaluate warehouse personnel for our EclipseIA division at our client facility in Loudon, TN. We are looking for a hard-working and team-oriented leader to help oversee the operations

Shift: 6am start, 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities and essential job functions:

• Work alongside your crew in the receiving area.
• Supervise and lead warehouse team through delegation, training and exemplifying high customer service standards.
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining and shipping stock and related problems.
• Maintains employee Safety Training and Compliance schedule and records.
• Schedules staff hours to align with customer requirements.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow; reviews and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
• Examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policy.
• Supervises the completion of all housekeeping and other duties as assigned for the warehouse.
• Collaborates with Site Manager for all interviews, hires, and training of employees; prepares and submits all required paperwork.
• Coach employees and enforce disciplinary actions.

Job requirements:

• 1-3 years of related work and team lead/supervisor experience.
• Prior 3PL or receiving experience preferred
• Strong client facing and communication skills
