The key distinction between client service and client experience is that the latter encompasses the entire client journey, including all aspects of client service. Our CSRs go above and beyond from the initial greeting to the final farewell and every interaction in between. They ensure that clients feel heard, supported, and valued as they navigate their pet’s medical care.

Our CSRs are responsible for identifying client needs, responding to queries, and collaborating with internal departments to optimize the client's experience and create a positive impression of the hospital. Their commitment to excellence ensures that every client has a seamless and compassionate experience at Eclipse Specialty & Emergency Pet Care.

Our Culture:

A great workplace culture is at the heart of who we are at Eclipse Specialty & Emergency Pet Care. What does this mean? It means treating all clients, patients, and employees with respect and kindness. It means working hard as a team and supporting each other. It means sharing bad jokes, indulging in too much junk food, and taking time for puppy snuggles on tough days. It means celebrations and social outings.

We are cultivating a team of diverse and talented individuals who share our commitment to excellence in patient care. Our experts perform industry-leading procedures and utilize state-of-the-art technology to provide world-class care.
