Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled and experienced painters to join our team. As an interior painter at Ecklund’s, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to residential and commercial clients. From preparation and priming to painting and finishing touches, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of spaces.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interior surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming.
• Select and apply appropriate paint materials and techniques for each project.
• Ensure smooth and even paint application, paying attention to detail and precision.
• Protect furniture, fixtures, and floors from paint splatter and damage.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an interior painter.
• Proficiency in preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying various painting techniques.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for working with paint materials and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness on job sites.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Reliable transportation to work and willingness to drive a company vehicle.
