We provide instructors with curriculum, assessment tools, and other electronic resources; we need you to do the magic!Classroom management and interpersonal skills are essential to build the student-instructor relationships needed for student success.Strong verbal and written skills are required for professional-level reporting, whether daily, through bi-weekly meetings, monthly reports, etc. Instructors are role models and education advocates for our at-risk youth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in education or a related field. At least one year experience in coaching, training, or teaching is preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older per DJJ guidelines.Experience teaching GED test prep skills also preferred.Experience educating at-risk youth population a plus.
