- At least ten (10) years of experience in ADABAS Database Administration support of mainframe (Z/OS) and server (Windows 2012) ADABAS environments.
- At least ten (10) years of knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques required in administration of ADABAS databases within the Z/OS and Windows environments. Request for Offer 5000002821 Technology Services Senior Database Administrators Page 6 of 22.
- At least ten (10) of experience and a thorough knowledge to support Natural, Predict, Construct, EntireX and Fastpath, Entire Net-Work, Natural Engineer and Natural Review.
- At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience administrating an ADABAS Database environment with a pension or financial system.
- At least ten (10) years of hands-on experience following a structured System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with interfacing/bridging of multiple systems including Natural/ADABAS.
- Experience with and knowledge of Job Control Language (JCL).
- Experience with ADABAS Structure Query Language (SQL) Gateway, zIIP.
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of assignments.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Possession of well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
