To support ECHO Incorporated rapid growth, we are looking for innovative Injection Molding Supervisor to lead our Molding Department on 1st Shift. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delegate daily job tasks to all direct reports, including machine operators, material handlers, process technicians, and weigh counters.
• Confirm that scheduled machines adhere to proper cycle times and produce acceptable parts according to specific quality standards.
• Ensure the accuracy and proper utilization of documentation based on department guidelines and procedures.
  • This includes items such as hourly production counts, mold change checklists, supervisor checklists, weekly safety procedure checklists, OEE production tracking documents, etc., which must be completed and accounted for daily.
• Possess extensive knowledge of all department-related equipment to effectively analyze and address various situations.
• Preference is given to experience with Sepro, Yushin, and STAR robotics, and if lacking prior experience, acquiring proficiency in these areas becomes a top priority for success in the role.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of processing experience is required.
• Familiarity with valve-gated hot runner systems, gas-assist tooling, and 2-shot molding is desired.
• Assist process technicians with daily mold changes and start-ups as workload demands.
• The ability to multitask and make rapid, accurate decisions is essential to meet the demands of the role.
• The ideal candidate will present themselves professionally, adhering to company policies consistently, and ensuring the same expectations are met by all direct reports daily.
• Maintain daily communication with various departments and all levels of management through email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions to optimize operational efficiency.
