Ecentria is Hiring a CampSaver Retail Associate (Part-Time) Near Logan, UT
The CampSaver Retail Store seeks a part-time Sales Associate to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and assist customers daily. The retail associate's hours are Thursdays and rotating Saturdays from 9:45 am to 6:15 pm, with other availability as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand all CampSaver products and be able to effectively communicate that knowledge with customers.
- Assist customers with exchanges and returns.
- Be able to recommend gear and apparel.
- Be a contributing team member who can provide input for improvement.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Deal with issues that arise with customers.
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- You must be a U.S. Person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Background in outdoor recreation, i.e. climbing, backpacking, hiking, camping, trail running, and skiing preferred.
- Gear knowledge/experience required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with customers.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Works well under pressure.
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. repeatedly.
