We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer with experience developing enterprise applications in the Microsoft/Azure stack to join our core software team. You will use your experience to create cloud-based SaaS solutions for our clients who work with individuals who have complex health and social needs. As a senior member of a cross-functional team, you will use your experience to set standards for high-quality, efficiency, positive teamwork, and timely deliverables. This dynamic Agile software development team’s focus is producing scalable and high-quality enterprise solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in story mapping, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint kick-offs on a two-week cadence.
• Review other team members’ work and hold team members accountable for high code quality standards.
• Deliver regular increments of potentially shippable functionality on time with high quality.
• Have meaningful ownership. You will be involved in decisions about how we build and grow.
• Write readable, performant, bug-free code.
• Look for ways to continually improve yourself, the team, the product, and our processes.
• Work effectively in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
• Develop innovative, high-quality solutions that are highly secure, available, and reliable. 
• Define and implement standards for performance, reliability, and monitoring.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Identify and resolve root causes of issues, contribute to design reviews, and perform code reviews. 
• Document what you implement for team members, product managers and marketing.
• Learn about our business and the specific needs of our clients. 

What You’ll Need

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 10 years C# and .NET software development including JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SASS, ES6
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting
• Real passion for new tools and technologies
• Extensive experience with CI/CD
• Experience with infrastructure, security, environment configuration, and engineering related tasks in Azure cloud environment
• A quality-driven mindset and commitment to only delivering quality work to our clients
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks is a plus (React, Angular, Node, Vue) 
• Experience with Azure Functions / Orchestrations, Blob Storage, ASP.NET, and/or Web API a plus
