ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking a Territory Manager to operate within the Pacific Northwest region, supporting U.S. Operations by driving business development, nurturing industry and client connections, and analyzing data to expand ECCO's market presence. This individual will be responsible for establishing new customer relationships, managing existing accounts, and securing fresh business opportunities. All tasks will be executed promptly and meticulously, with a strong emphasis on integrity and professionalism.

· Consistently provide superior customer service to ECCO’s customers to cultivate repeat business
· Develop and maintain relationships within assigned customer base, including key accounts and contractors and stay informed on their current and upcoming needs and projects
· Cultivate New Dealer business to drive equipment and accessory sales at ECCO Supply Branches
· Attend educational courses in-line with assigned duties in order to improve product knowledge
ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
· A degree or college diploma would be considered an asset
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales or business development role or any equivalent experience in a Sales role with any ECCO location
· Excellent communication skills; high energy, enthusiastic with proven people skills, and problem-solving skills
Valid Drivers License with no restrictions

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
