E.C.C Partnership LLC, are currently seeking professional customer service driven security officers for Retail in Northern NJ.

Positions include:

• Conducting interior patrols
• Report incidents to Operation Manager accordingly
• Person MUST be reliable
• Able to stand and walk for long period of times
• Assist store employees with theft investigations

Our Officers:

• Professional appearance and ability to demonstrate superior customer service is a must.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of recent experience working as a licensed security officer.

Requirements:

• MUST have Vehicle (No Exceptions)
• Experience with CCTV is a plus
• Ability to address and enforce rules and regulations according to policy & procedures.
• Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Have the ability to generate incident reports and conduct daily activity logs.
• Must be observant and alert at all times.
• Must be comfortable in a Retail setting
• Loss Prevention experience is a plus.

Certification Requirements:

• Must have a NJ SORA License

Experience:

• Security: 1-3 years - Customer Service: 1-3 years
