eBridge Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool/Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our team. You will play a crucial role in the development and education of young children. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.

Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young learners
- Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Skills:
- Classroom management: Ability to maintain a structured and organized learning environment
- Child welfare: Knowledge of child development principles and best practices for promoting child well-being
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues

Experience:
- Previous experience working with young children from toddler to kindergarten age.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and childhood development principles
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
