Description

As the Senior Manager of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain operations. This role involves managing all aspects of the supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to optimizing the distribution of finished goods.

Summary of what you will do:

• Supply Chain Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously refine the company's supply chain strategy to align with business goals, including cost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Supplier Management: Identify, assess, and manage relationships with suppliers, including contract manufacturers, custom integrated chip manufacturers, injection molded parts suppliers, and precision machined parts suppliers. Ensure a reliable supply of high-quality components.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize excess and obsolete stock while maintaining optimal levels to support production needs.
• Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, including disruptions, shortages, and geopolitical issues.
• Logistics and Distribution: Optimize the logistics of finished goods distribution.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Able to coach and manage a team; work cross-functionally with other departments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain software, and data analytics. Experience with Netsuite a plus.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements for medical devices and hazardous materials.
• Strong negotiation and supplier contract management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Project management and process improvement expertise: material handling, kitting, manage inventory, finished goods and US distribution, cost reduction, sourcing.

Salary Range:

$157,300 - $190,000

Base pay is one part of your total compensation. The final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
