Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking inventory, restocking shelves and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their questions
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

-Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required
- Proficiency and accuracy in using technology for sales transactions and inventory management
- Cash/Inventory handling experience is preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
