Position Summary

Looking to jumpstart your career supporting all aspects of an Environmental Consulting Firm? EBI Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented, upbeat and hardworking individual to join our Burlington headquarters team in the role of a Production Associate. This is a full-time administrative role and will support the daily activities of the Production department by supporting EBI’s Real Estate and Telecom business lines.

This is an entry level position and would be an ideal position for a recent college graduate looking to advance their administrative skills or familiarize yourself with the Environmental industry. This role will report to the Director of Project Support & Facilities and will require being on site in our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters four days weekly. All applicants must therefore be comfortable with working in an office environment and be geographically close to Burlington, MA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Creating and editing reports (PDF files, paper copies and electronic copies)
• Assembling all necessary documentation to complete reports directly to clients either hard copy or electronically Generating environmental and engineering reports, consolidating reports, portfolio document management and to fulfill the administrative needs of EBI’s business
• Addressing project issues, such as missing figures, unclear instructions, missing appendices etc.
• Provide quality assurance by providing document/data management
• Maintaining production departments office supplies
• Sending out Sampling Supplies
• Creating and redacting Sample Reports
• Creating figures & flood maps
• Ordering EDR materials
• Ad hoc assignments

Qualifications and Capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Interest in Environmental Studies and/or Science preferred but not required
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail, proof reading & detecting inconsistencies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where juggling multiple assignments and meeting deadlines is critical
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work independently to meet the needs of the business
• Timely, positive & professional conduct with a can-do attitude
• Ability to think to outside the box and adjust to change consistently
