Overview
We are seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator Aide. The Resident Service Coordinator Aide assists the Resident Services Director in helping elderly individuals with disabilities living in HUD assisted housing to obtain needed supportive services from the community, to enable them to continue living as independently as possible and age in place in their homes.
- 80 hours per two weeks
- Day shift
- Monday - Friday (weekends as needed)

This position provides a wide range of administrative support to the nursing department and maintains the nursing staffing schedule for the community.
Responsibilities / Job Description
- Provide assistance to Director with tenant case management
- Assists Director with completing and submit, timely and accurately, all records, reports, and documents required by the property and federal and / or state agencies.
- Assists Director by serving as a resource and develop / monitor a directory of providers for use by property staff, residents and their family members.
- Provide Director assistance by establishing links with agencies and service providers in the community.
- Maintain Annual HUD Required Training CEU Hours
- Performs other duties required by the specific housing community
Qualifications
Prefer candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology or Counseling
One to three years of experience
