We are looking for a Sales and Outreach Director to join our team! This position will assist in crafting and implementing a marketing plan aimed at maintaining full occupancy for our Senior Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Wayzata, MN. This Role will be based primarily in the building/community and significant time is dedicated to working with external referral resources. This marketing schedule includes;
- 80 hours ever two weeks
- Full time, day shifts
- No weekends

The Trails of Orono Senior Living community is located in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis near Highways 12 and I-494 in Wayzata, MN. Managed by Ebenezer, we host 59 units among our Independent/Assisted Living and Memory care residential settings. - Establishes and supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
- Promotes positive customer relations
- Serves as a resource to residents and families seeking information
- Assumes special projects as assigned
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree – Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of previous experience –successful occupancy development experience
- Basic computer skills: MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets & database management
Preferred:
- Other License/Certification/Registration – Aging Services of Minnesota Sales and Marketing Certificate
- Three to five years of previous experience
- Experience in presentations using PowerPoint
