Riley Crossing Senior Living is hosting an onsite job fair on Monday, March 11th from Noon - 5:00pm. Join us for interviews on the spot, snacks, a $50 gift card drawing, and learn about our open positions and organization and senior care community!!

Riley Crossing is one of our newest senior living communities located in Chanhassen, MN near Hwy 101, and County Road 212. Opened in 2019, it hosts 134 units of Assisted Living, Enhanced and Memory Care in total. This location also offers on-site intergenerational childcare and interactive programming with our seniors.

Open Positions:

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Pay range from $36 - $46 per hour based on related experience
• Part time day shift
• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plan
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• Assesses resident goals and revises, modify care plans as needed
• Current MN RN licensure by start date

Resident Assistants/Home Health Aides

• Pay range from $21.32 - $27.35 per hour based on related experience
• Full time evenings and nights
• Part time all shifts
• Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
• Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
• May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
• Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
• Assists with onboarding of new staff
