Ebenezer and Amira Choice of PLymouth Senior Living is looking for a LPN/Nurse. This nursing role is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior assisted living/memory care residents are met for our vibrant, beautiful, and busy community in Plymouth, MN.
This casual licensed practical nursing schedule includes;
- 64 hours per pay period
- day shift
- every other weekend rotation

Opened in 2018, Amira Choice of Plymouth is one of our newest senior communities. Managed by Ebenezer, we are located at the intersection of Old Rockford Road and Highway 55 in the Northwest suburb of Plymouth, MN. We offer 94 units of Independent, Assisted Living as well as Memory Care and Care Suites. Boasting an outstanding team of caregivers who believe in our mission to heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, more meaningful lives.
Responsibilities/Job Description:- Provides skilled nursing care such as; implementing practitioners orders, ordering and assisting with medications and supplies, operates medical equipment, and charting practices
- Lifts and transfer residents as needed, Initiates emergency treatment as needed
- Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
- Updates RN with current observation and completes documentation of resident health status
- Communicates changes in residents conditions to relevant individuals
- May support RN by completing resident assessments, service agreements and care plans
Required:
- MN LPN licensure
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Previous healthcare experience
- Comfortable using computers, hand held devices, phones and fax machine
