Overview

We are looking for an Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator to join our team! This position is responsible for providing managerial and operations support to assigned Ebenezer Assisted Living communities and Skilled Nursing Facilities. The Executive Director/SNF Administrator - Float may work alongside of or in place of a site Executive Director/SNF Administrator. This leadership schedule includes;

• 80 hours every two weeks
• Full time, day shifts

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Assists Administrator/Executive Director (ED) maintain a high performing leadership team within the community
• Supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction
• Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary

• Assists Administrator/Executive Director in ensuring that the community is in compliance with all applicable state and federal rules and regulations

• Acts as a liaison between the governing body, corporate staff, medical staff, regulatory agencies, and facility staff

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree: Senior Housing , Business or related
• Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board or
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)
• One to three years of previous experience
• Proficiency in MS Office suite

Preferred:

• Advanced Degree: MBA
• Three to five years of previous experience
