Overview

We are looking for a Administrative and Marketing Associate to join our team! This position is responsible, under the supervision of the Director of Marketing, to assist in the overall office duties of the community and meet the programming needs of the cooperative members. Additionally fills site role of Marketing Associate. This administrative schedule includes;

• 64 hours every two weeks
• Full time day shifts
• No weekends!

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Serves as support for the Director of Marketing and the administration of the cooperative
• Prepares documents as necessary for share sales
• Assists with communication and recordkeeping for the reservation list, buyers, and sellers
• Assists with tours for potential buyers
• Serves as clerical support to the Board of Directors by attending all meetings
• Responsible for taking, compiling, and distributing meeting minutes and board packets
• Coordinates with Membership and Marketing Committee and provides resources and recordkeeping
• Assists members responding to various questions and concerns
• Maintains professional and accurate documentation of member, committee, and building files

Qualifications

Required:

• One to three years - experience with property management

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Publisher, Word, e-mail, and office equipment

Preferred:

• Associate Degree
• Minnesota Real Estate License
• Three to five years previous experience
