- Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for employees according to company policies and budget constraints
- Research and recommend travel options that optimize cost, convenience, and efficiency
- Manage travel-related documentation, including visas, passports, and insurance, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate
- Communicate travel itineraries and updates to employees, providing necessary information and assistance before, during, and after their trips
- Collaborate with various departments to understand travel needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and seamless travel experience for employees
- Monitor and track travel expenses, reconcile invoices, and process reimbursements in a timely manner
- Stay informed about travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve our travel processes and procedures
- Must be 18 and coachable
- Attend an Orientation online
- Attend webinar training for increased knowledge
- Computer or smartphone required w/access to WIFI
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
