Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:

• Event Itinerary Design:
• Craft personalized event itineraries, including transportation, accommodation options, and activities, tailored to clients' preferences
• Custom-Tailored Events:
• Design unique and custom-tailored events based on clients' requests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience
• Logistics Coordination:
• Assist clients in coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment
• Coordinate reservations and provide clients with detailed event plans
• Guidance and Support:
• Offer guidance on necessary arrangements and logistics, ensuring clients feel confident and well-prepared for their sports event experience
• Address any event-related issues or emergencies, providing timely solutions and support
• Client Relationships:
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized attention
• Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and address any concerns

Qualifications:

• No Previous Experience Required: While previous experience in event planning is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Comprehensive training and support will be provided
