Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a SIOP Leader, Master Scheduler. This is a remote based role.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

What you’ll do :

The SIOP Leader / Master Scheduler will run analysis, collaborate, present and execute the SIOP cycle through the managing and monitoring of ERP planning parameters of RWD materials to support the manufacturing of electrical products, while championing the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process.

This position requires extensive experience with SAP tools such as the SAP MRP Monitor tool and other T codes to enforce and execute SIOP remedies and actions.

Effective relationship management with plants and buyers will be key to managing inventory levels and service at multiple DC locations.

This position will maintain an essential balance between supplier quality, delivery expectations, DOH, inventory entitlement, cost reduction and service metrics in the division.

Foster the linkage of SIOP to those downstream processes like master production plan, material requirements planning and capacity planning.

Ensure that new product, demand, production, inventory, backlog and sales plans are generated, reviewed, refined and published each month.

Coordinate collaborative, cross functional communication within the enterprise to ensure that current, accurate information and data are available.

Develop and maintain the key SIOP business metrics. Work with all sites in order to drive improvements and actions. The position oversees data analysis, reporting and statistical process control to support the business as needed.

• Creates innovative approaches for utilizing and applying project management tools and techniques for improved procurement practices
• Develops and helps facilitate cost out projects and commodity strategic actions
• Facilitates supplier questions on accounts payables and supports any necessary activity for disposition of invoice resolutions and / or payment issues
• Comply with established SCM policies and procedures and support continuous improvement of EBE processes for SCM Purchasing / Planning.
• Lead efforts to ensure on-time delivery, on time customer shipments, cost and inventory reduction goals.
• Develop a centralized team of SIOP experts in product, demand, supply and financial planning for establishing standardized processes and a SIOP org structure within each business unit to achieve process excellence
• Coordinates with cross functional team to maintain schedule for NPI projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of materials through the sales cycle to accurately forecast future production plans and analyze for proper inventory levels using SAP, BW and other tools.
• Responsible for safety stock calculations

Qualifications :

Required (Basic) Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Two (2) years experience in Supply Chain
• Two (2) years experience in SAP
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now and within the future

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience leading SIOP processes

Skills :

• Highly proficient & experienced in SAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Knowledge & skills in MRP, JIT, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, KanBan, Vendor Managed Inventory
• Demonstrated problem solving ability and an innovative mindset
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
