Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Electro-Mechanical Test Technician (NTC). The core hours for this role are M-F, 7am-3 : 30pm.
The hourly rate for this position is $20-$22 per hour.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.

What you’ll do :
Eaton’s Aerospace Group is currently seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician (NTC) to join our team. This position is based at our Bethel, Connecticut facility.
Pay rate is $19-$22 per hour.
Position Overview :
The Electro-Mechanical Technician (NTC) is responsible for loading test stands and setting up testing for very small and intricate parts.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge in reading, interpreting, and following technical work instructions and blueprints.
This first shift position is well suited for a patient individual who is a fast learner, is focused on quality output, and enjoys working in a demanding atmosphere.
In this function you will :
- Set up, start and then break down test ovens which contain small electro-mechanical parts
- Interpret customer and supplier requirements (via blueprints and work instructions)
- Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability
- Perform visual inspection of parts
- Maintain quality records
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
