The Graduate Nurse Residency Program at ECHRS is designed to support new grads transition from an academic nursing program to actual practice, prior to setting for the NCLEX and continued support through advancement to RN.
Our paid 6 Week on the job learning program is the foundation for developing a meaningful career in the nursing profession at a highly rated skilled nursing facility. We provide innovative training that focuses on resident/patient outcomes, leadership, and your professional role.
Residency may be extended until NCLEX is passed.
