victims, blamers, excuse makers, will smith, cancelists, histrionics, those who suffer from
characteristics/skills we prefer:
RAILROAD... resourceful, authentic/accountable, irreproachable, leader/learner,
relatable, organized, adaptable detail-oriented, and have some degree of familiarity
with the human services, social work or those with developmental disabilities
job requirements:
★ not quit like a milquetoast if they are performance- managed
★ handle all aspects and tasks related to their respective grouphome
★ proactively manage, direct, develop, and support their direct reports
★ able/willing to work more than 40 hours per week, if needs be
★ find solutions to issues/dramas/conundrums that inevitably arise
★ concise, responsive, and professional communicator
★ ever-cognizant of fostering goodwill and positive regard for eaton alliance
in all interactions
qualifications:
★ 5 years of existential pondering, a broken heart, and a contrite spirit.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
