Who we are
With 30 locations throughout the U.S. and treatment options available virtually, ERC Pathlight meets patients where theyre at to offer innovative, compassionate and comprehensive treatment for eating disorders, as well as mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders.
We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000 patients per year. With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, were looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives of our patients.
What youll be doing
In a corporate role at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that not only drives the mission but introduces it to prospective patients, family members of those in need of care and medical professionals who refer their patients.
The PI/Risk Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of their regions Performance Improvement and Risk Management (RM) program. ERC Pathlights RM program is established to identify, communicate, and act on potential risk exposures to help ensure a safe environment for the protection of patients, teammates and guests. The PI program uses data to inform decisions and implement process and procedures that promote the safety and quality of care provided.
This is by no means a behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
Maintain the IR tracking system for the region. Including leading investigations, assigning tasks and follow up, determining severity, required reporting
Conduct Patient Safety data analysis trending and monthly reporting
Co-Chair Patient Safety Committee with Facilities
Collaborate with Senior Compliance Manager to identify and lead local performance improvement initiatives
Collect and analyze data for QAPI Meetings. Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improvement based on data analysis and discussion.
Guide and Implement Performance Improvement initiatives driven by PI plan & corrective actions from survey findings.
Collaborate with Senior Compliance Manager to lead on-site surveys
Conduct new employee orientation and periodic training on topics related to compliance, Performance Improvement and Risk Management.
Who are we looking for
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
2 years experience working in a healthcare setting
Ability to interpret and analyze data
Proficient in MS Office
CPHQ Preferred
Ability and willingness to travel to Plano at least once per month.

Compensation starting range for the Performance Improvement & Risk Manager role is $75,000 to $100,000. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
