Duties:
- Create and prepare artistic and visually appealing dishes for catering events and restaurant service
- Use various culinary techniques to enhance presentation and flavor of dishes
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and concepts
- Ensure food quality and consistency by following established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Artisan or in a similar culinary role
- Strong passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
