Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the clinical data strategies to deliver the timely and high quality acquisition and validation of the clinical data supporting regulatory filings, publications and other high-profile business activities.
• Develop and drive the data strategy, roadmap and execution plan to create an industry-leading clinical data capability, including the digitization of external data capture and acquisition.
• Transform the organization through development and implementation of a comprehensive automation strategy to streamline data management processes and enhance operational efficiency. Optimize the external support model.

Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced degree preferred; 15 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong experience in data management and well versed in industry trends and emerging industry dynamics concerning data capture and validation.
• Excellent knowledge and skills with the broad technology landscape with strong experience in demonstrating appropriate balance of business and technical capabilities in the clinical trial arena.
• Relevant working experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably across multiple Therapeutic areas. Demonstrate a knowledge of the external data ecosystem and its evolution.
• Successful track record of working across complex, global organizational matrices
