Job Description & Requirements

Travel $85.00 Local Rates: $80 51-100 Mile, $75 50 miles or less ------M/S tele, 12H Nights, e/o weekend,; ACLS req.;Charge exp is preferred; Must have 2 yrs exp.Must have EPIC experience w/in the past 2 years..experience with management of uncomplicated Cardizem drips, amiodarone drips and uncomplicated DKA management with insulin drips. Pregressive Care Expereince is preferred. · Can apply for VT license at time of offer ·No work hx with gaps over 30 days w/o explanation can be submitted; Must have Facility Type, EMR, and Bed Count filled out to submit, otherwise file will be rejected!! IVS to Interview/OFFER COVID19 and flu declinations accepted- please have these in the submission packet. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended No block schedules for any reason, vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
