TeamKarl Malone is seeking a Lubeand Tire Technician. As a member of our team you will beinstrumental in helping our customers keep their vehicles in topworking order.

You will perform oil changes filter changes fluidexchanges tire rotations and more. This is a great position to getstarted in the automotive industry and increase your technicalabilities.

This role has added benefits such as spiffs and bonusesthat can be accrued every day and cashed in on a biweekly basis andas always with Team Karl Malone there are options for growth.

Responsibilities

• Checkoil levels and communicate withteammates
• Inspecttire conditions inflate and rotate asnecessary
• Inspectand refill fluid levels asnecessary
• Completefull vehicleinspection
• Installnew oil filters and when necessary oil drainplugs.
• Cleanand lubricate fittings asneeded
• Greetcustomers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen attentivelyto help identify and confirm customer concerns / needs.

Present aresolution to any customer sconcern.

Requirements

• Validdriver s license free from majorinfractions
• Positionrequires continual standing walking bending and reaching throughoutthe entireshift.
• Attentionto detail and the ability to see tasksthrough
• Strongskills in teamwork andcommunication
• Beprompt andcourteous
• Basicmath computer and typing skills for entering repair orderinformation
• Effectiveselfmanagement oftime
