We need more than a Service Advisor; we needan expert in the art and science of customer servicesomeone who isequally as comfortable greeting customers as they are schedulingappointments and acting as a liaison between our customers and ourservice techs.

JobResponsibilities

• Attitude is everything greetservice department customers promptly andcourteously
• Listen to each customer andclearly articulate repair needs totechs
• Upsell recommended / additionalservices using lowpressure highintegritymethods
• Provide accurate estimates ofrepair / maintenance costs
• Adherence to dealershippolicy on customer vehicle care andoperation
• Follow up on each repair andkeep customers informed ofprogress
• Sell and manage extendedwarranties
• Inspect repair quality andensure that all work iscomplete
• Notify customers whenvehicles are ready for pickup
• Review and explain repairsand associated costs withcustomers
• Handle minor customerconcerns andcomplaints
• Maintain CustomerSatisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealershipstandards
