Automotive F&I District Manager

APCO - Ohio Market

Summary 

Asa District Manager with APCO, you will generate revenue growthby utilizing a consultative selling approach in the retention ofcurrent APCO accounts. Our District Managers nurture existingbusiness relationships to achieve budgeted sales goals by developing andimplementing sound retention strategies, utilizing strong negotiationefforts to preserve business and securing contracts,and maintaining healthy relationships. 

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities 

  • Primaryaccount management for retail dealerships &developing markets 
  • Workwith other District Managers to support larger dealershipsand dealership groups 
  • Managementof $1.5M - 2.0M Revenue 
  • Meetsestablished KPIs and expectations of the Role 
  • Documentsrequired activities in HubSpot 
  • Sendsdaily activities reports 

Developing District (65%): 

  • Operatein Finance and Insurance and Sales Department Automotive retailrole effectively 
  • Effectively demonstrate theAPCO F&I process 
  • District OpportunityAnalysis – compiling, preparing, delivering and followingthrough on agreed upon action plan 
  • Completeknowledge and adherence to dealership and industry compliance, and observanceof unique dealership guidelines 
  • Establishand prepare dealership District development plans orientedtoward growing wallet share 
  • Presentproposed action plans to executive managers and business owners 
  • Communicate utilizing thetriple visibility method (three points of communication) 
  • Prepareand conduct One/One “in dealership” training 
  • Conductcompetency testing with dealership personnel 
  • MotorTrend implementationand training 
  • Dealership District monitoring 
  • Businessowner relationship building skills 
  • Knowledgeand effectiveness with all APCO product benefits and assets 

NewOpportunities (35%):

  • Developnew dealer relationships that are a win-win 
  • Documentrequired activities in HubSpot 

Requirements

Educationand Experience 
  • Priorexperience or are currently working in automotive sales management orautomotive finance management 
  • Priorexperience or are currently working in an automotive vendor setting 
  • Priorexperience or are currently working in automotive sales andfinance training 
  • Priorexperience or are currently working in automotive advertisingor banking 
  • Bachelor’sdegree preferred; High School diploma or GED required

PhysicalDemands
