Ourbusy body shop is looking for a reliable Parts Assistant to join our amazingteam. The ideal candidates will need excellent customer service skills and be ateam player. The right person can expect great pay, great benefits, and a greatdealership family environment.

• Determineneeds and accurately specify parts accordingly
• Createand modify purchase orders
• Issuepurchase orders to appropriate vendor to order parts
• Recordwarranty parts returned
• Createspecial ordered parts on dealership computer system and notify ASM, technicianor client upon receipt
• Reviewspecial order parts tracking
• Processand close open invoices
• Compareinvoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandisereceived
• Keeprecords of outside purchases and parts received and issued
• Performongoing warehouse parts inventory
• Attendweekly department meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of dealership warehouse experience is preferred
