EasyBins is a fast growing online grocery delivery company on a mission to change grocery shopping for suburban families. Unique to easybins is an entirely new approach to grocery delivery - all orders are grouped together and delivered each morning by 6am.

Everyone at EasyBins is a w-2 employee with hourly wages paid twice monthly.

If so, we think you could fit at EasyBins as a Part Time In-Store Shopper in Northwest Arkansas.

We’ll expect you to go above and beyond as you handle a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Shop local stores for items as selected by customers before making purchases at each store.
• Make substitution decisions that wow our customers when items for orders are out of stock.
• Maintain open lines of communication with facility General Manager and Customer Success team
• Own the shopping experience for our customers as you would if you were shopping for yourself and/or your own family
• Provide easy-to-follow and logical order feedback when making substitutions or other alterations to orders while shopping
• Drive company provided vans on grocery shopping routes and pick using our propriety technology which groups all like items together.

Requirements

What you possess for success:

• Pass background check and have a clean driving record
• At least 18 years of age
• Physical stamina to lift up to 30 pounds
• Have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Prompt and regular attendance based on your schedule
• Adherence to our dress code, appearance and personal hygiene standards
• Successfully complete driver safety and shopping training provided by the company during orientation.
