Easy Tiger is Hiring a Facilities Technician Near Austin, TX
Easy Tiger, one of Austin’s most beloved brands, is currently seekinga part-time Facilities Technician to join our team!
- Inspects assigned areas on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep facilities in functioning and serviceable condition
- Perform or assists with special projects at each location
- Performs or assists with general cleaning projects for equipment and general custodial maintenance
- Perform or assist with painting projects as needed
- Reports any major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriate. (This includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by General Manager
- 1 year previous maintenance experience preferred
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of 50 lbs
- Requires occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Ability to work standing for 8 hours
