We are currently seeking a Pricing Manager who will manage pricing for our company. This position will be located at our Reading, PA Facility

EasyPak is a world-class company, and we hire people who aren’t afraid to work hard. In this Pricing Manager role your responsibilities & activities will include:

• Working with sales and product management to price products and quote new opportunities with estimate product cost based on current raw material rates.
• Access customer and product pricing effectiveness. Develop and recommend pricing strategies and tactics for channels, customers and products.
• Monitor and analyze raw material prices and develop pricing strategies to align with marketplace trends.
• Calculate and implement price changes driven by material inflation/deflation and customer contracts.
• Establish and maintain the company price list for over 2,000 food packaging SKU’s. 
• Serve as subject matter expert on how pricing is developed, tracked, and stored in company ERP system (IQMS).
• Owning and managing the ongoing ERP pricing data governance and maintenance based on industry index changes or other change factors. 

• Owning and refining existing reporting and relevant data production processes
• Communicate findings effectively and work through solutions with relevant departments of the company. i.e., Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc. 
• Willing to mentor less skilled employees as career progresses.

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pricing.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience 
• Strong Excel skills. Look ups, pivot tables, Macros, consolidate data, and build and analyze reports. 
• Experience with IQMS or other ERP systems.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and understanding of Bill of Materials.
• Experience in working with Power BI a plus.
