Easy Automation Inc. is seeking to add an Information Technology Business Analyst to our IT team. As an IT Business Analyst at EAI, you will play a critical role in optimizing our IT systems and processes. You will be responsible for analyzing current software programs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to integrate new software seamlessly into our daily operations. Your expertise will help us achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring that our technology systems align with our business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.

• Analyze existing IT systems and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency gains.

• Capability to independently develop and design reports and dashboards, eliminating the necessity for developer involvement.

• Proficiency in creating comprehensive visualizations and informative reports using relevant tools and software(s).

• Work closely with software developers and vendors to integrate new software solutions into our operational framework.

• Create detailed documentation of system requirements, workflows, and processes.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of new software implementations to ensure seamless functionality.

• Provide training and support to end-users on new software tools and systems.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Remain up to date with industry trends and best practices in business process automation.

• Additional duties and roles as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on implementing business projects.

• Experience with SharePoint and JobBoss.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with software integration processes and project management principles.

• Proficiency in documenting requirements and specifications.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical individuals.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Experience in process improvement or business process reengineering is a plus.

• Possess a valid U.S. driver's license (travel between office locations will be required for specific assignments)

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of automation and workflow management tools.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and database management.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

This position will be required to be on-site and based out of our Welcome, MN or Mankato, MN locations.
