The Role:

As a Brand Representative in NYC, you will showcase a diverse range of brands in bustling shopping areas, malls, stores, and venues throughout midtown Manhattan, adeptly navigating the dynamic retail audience to attract and engage with a diverse audience of potential customers. As part of the role you will:

• Provide direct interactions, cultivating brand loyalty and awareness with customers
• Product demonstrations, promotions, sales and brand awareness.
• Engage directly with customers in busy shopping areas, malls, stores, and venues, embodying the brand's values and mission.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and demonstrations to educate customers on features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized interactions.
• Create memorable experiences for customers through engaging conversations, demonstrations, and interactive activities.
• Drive sales by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Gather valuable feedback and insights from customers to inform marketing strategies, product development, and overall brand positioning.

This is a direct brand representative and promotions role in a face to face setting, on a full time basis, in the New York area. This is not a Telesales or call centre role.
