We are seeking skilled Soldering Technicians to join the dynamic team at a rapidly expanding electronics manufacturing facility. This role involves intricate work, including the assembly of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other substrates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Soldering Electronic Components: Execute soldering tasks to assemble components per engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Component Preparation: Ready components and PCBs for soldering through cleaning, tinning, and flux application to ensure optimal adhesion and solder flow.
• Quality Assurance: Examine soldered joints and assemblies for any defects using magnifying devices and testing equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Repair and Rework: Address soldering defects via rework or repair techniques, such as desoldering and touch-up soldering, to achieve quality standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Keep soldering equipment and tools in optimal condition, conduct routine maintenance and calibration.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of soldering materials, replenish supplies as needed, and maintain accurate usage records.
• Documentation: Complete all required production documentation, including work logs, inspection reports, and defect tracking records.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training or solder certification required.
• Proven experience as a soldering technician or electronics assembler in a manufacturing environment.
