Packaging Room Activities:

• Dimensional Measurement of Lens Layer Thickness
• Pre-Sterilization Packaging
• Label Production
• Foil Sorting & Pouching of Lenses
• Final Lens Assembly & Packaging
• Insertion Device Processing, Packaging & Sterilization
• Kitting Accessories (Pouching, Forming Boxes, Assembling Kits)
• Labeling, Assembly & Packaging Accessories
• ERP system work order data entry and closure
• Training of manufacturing personnel on packaging processes

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Medical Device packaging or assembly experience
• Pharmaceutical and Food manufacturing background is also acceptable 
• Packaging, inspecting and labeling product 
• Familiar with PPE and GMP guidelines
