We on a quest for a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to collaborate closely with our clients' Product Support & Compliance team. This role is pivotal in their ongoing mission to ensure vehicle owners stay informed about vehicle recalls. By leveraging data-driven strategies, you'll help safeguard lives and uphold our clients' commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.

This is a 40-hour contract position with an open-ended duration. Please be aware that this may be subject to change in the future. The work schedule is Monday through Friday. Pay Range: $24-26/hour.  Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to assess the efficacy of outreach programs.
• Craft outreach strategies and executing targeted communication campaigns to raise awareness and maintain owner engagement.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports and communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.
• Present comprehensive insights on recall completion rates and the impact of customer communications and outreach endeavors.
• Oversee content management and drafting of memos and scripts.
• Liaise with vendors and handling invoicing processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics for measuring the success of business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis.
• Fulfill any additional duties or responsibilities as delegated or necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of risk management principles and proficiency in quality assurance control methodologies.
• Proven track record of exceptional analytical prowess, planning, critical thinking, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and effective dissemination of concepts and insights.
• Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all endeavors.
• Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and approach challenges with a creative mindset, fostering innovative solutions and approaches.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, enabling seamless data analysis and presentation capabilities.
