We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our clients' team. This role is crucial in determining customer needs, answering queries about our products, and recommending the best solutions to help grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on paint products.
• Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email, delivering accurate information about products and their applications.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers.
• Intake, process, and verify orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products to provide effective recommendations.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and store staff.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety, loss prevention, and security standards.
• Assist with product movement and loading, and operate batch tinting equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
