Eastridge Workforce Solutions' legal division is collaborating with a distinguished boutique law firm based in Carlsbad, California, in search of an Entry-Level Attorney for a direct-hire opportunity. This role is focused on bankruptcy and collections litigation. The selected candidate will be expected to work on-site for 4-5 days each week. This opportunity is ideally suited for recent admittees to the California State Bar or individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to develop their legal skills through substantial mentorship and hands-on practice. Notably, this position does not require adherence to billable hour quotas. Duties :

• Prepare legal research and case analysis
• Prepare various pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Attend court hearings
• Prepare and attend depositions
• Trial Preparation

Required:

• Admitted to practice in the State of California
• 0-2 years of experience
